"We would highly recommend Hertaus Floors. They installed Luxury Vinyl Plank in our kitchen and dining room and removed the original linoleum and carpet. They installed Luxury Vinyl Tile in our bathrooms. The linoleum in the bathrooms was starting to pull up next to the tub/shower and was dated, so what we chose and had installed looks amazing! The carpet we had was old (original to the house) and stained from previous owners, so now having new, neutral carpet makes the house feel and look like new!
The customer service we received at the Lakeville store was awesome! We worked with Tom and Norleen who were both very helpful in steering us in the right direction. When we first started our project, we had an idea of what we wanted, but didn't think of the vinyl options until visiting the store. "Hertaus did the backsplash in our kitchen. We researched and visited a whole bunch of tile places and looked at even more samples & ideas for what we wanted to do. They came out and measured, gave us a bid right away and they were able to install whatever tile we found...unlike some places where you needed to buy the tile from them. They told us exactly what we needed, so we ended up getting our tile & grout at The Tile Shop at a special price (since they were the only ones that had what we wanted) and picked it up and had it waiting for them when they arrived for installation. After, a new subfloor was installed and engineered hardwood was installed though the entry, hallway, kitchen, office and laundry room. Beautiful and incredibly well crafted! Hertaus did what they said they'd do in the timeframe they said they would do it! The home looks like it should now rather than a relic of the 80's. "Hertaus Floors were great to work with when we needed new carpet for a rental town home we own. They had a good selection of carpet and we were able to get a good quality carpet and pad for a reasonable price. We had a tight window and they were able to schedule and make it work. The installer was awesome. After he had pulled up the old carpet and pad, he vacuumed so old dust and dirt wasn't trapped under the new carpet.
